Not on our banlist but on their banlist, the custom hero bots you're trying to join. Those bots are not hosted by ourselves but by communities who...
Maybe you're on their ban list in this case, you should be able to find that information on their status page.

@DeadWish, what is your account name? Are you sure you're using the correct gateway address?
@Chang Chiu Meng, do you still get kicked if you have the map? If not then maybe the bot that hosts the game is set that way, to kick if you don't...
Try and run the patch we provide on the website still and see if there is any change, I was able to connect properly before my message.
