Solved Failed to Join

Every time I try to create a multiplayer game the progress bar stops at about 80% and I get a failed to join message. Also when creating a game the max number of players option is greyed out. Any idea on what could fix it?

 

no it doesnt find the games i try and join and it freezes the gives the fail to join when i create one

 

Sounds like you may be using the incorrect patch. That's maybe why you can't join games. Are you using version 1.28.2?
1st need to resolve to being able to join games before trying to host but as for hosting issues. See this topic

Also quite confused as to what progress bar you talking about, all I can think of is the one when trying to connect to Battle.net
Same thing for number of players greyed out? Are the open slots greyed out when you created a game?
