Important Official Server Reboot Thread

All server maintenances and reboots will be announced in this thread.

 

Short maintenance of 5-10 minutes to apply the OS updates on another 3 dedicated servers. If any of your gameserver that you play on is offline, be patient as the reason is shown above

 

Applied some OS updates over two 4 dedicated servers that are holding different game servers

All affected gameservers are back online

 

Planned Maintenance

Since there are some ongoing repairments announced by the DataCenter, 6 of our dedicated servers will be moved into a new room until the workers are done with the planned maintenance.

So most of our gameservers will be offline for several hours (probably up to 4-6 hours max) until they are being moved and by tonight we'll have them back in the location under construction at the moment.

I will update this thread when everything is back up, until then you may play arcade games, fps games or any other unaffected gameserver by the planned maintenance

Most of our gameservers will be offline for several hours (probably up to 4-6 hours max) until the work planned inside the room where our dedicated servers are hosting and by tonight we'll have them back online.

 

The new vent system has been installed. It lasted a bit longer than expected but it's for the datacenter benefit and same time for us since a better ventilation system means longer life for dedicated servers components and less planned maintenances.

Short reboot on all our servers due to usage overload. We need to refresh everything and delete old logs.

We're experiencing some technical problems on the datacenter side with some of our servers hosted in Germany. In case the gameserver you are playing on is offline, please be patient

 

there was an attack to the subnet. The problem was solved and the server is reachabale.

 

Seems the is an outage at the hosting company so please be patient until it's fixed.
It's not an isolated, but a general situation as other hosted servers at the company seems to be offline, as well as their website.

 

The issue was fixed ultrafast by the hosting company

 

There was a connectivity problem for about 5 seconds which caused you a disconnect. Informed the DC techs and replied within seconds with the following

Some of our servers are offline for new HDD and RAID upgrade. Be patient

 

According to our host emailing, few hundred customers had the same connectivity problem that we had.

Even if they provided top support i've asked them to reassure their clients for 99.99% uptime in the coming months or they will suffer the consequences so i'm pretty sure they took this seriously and we won't have such problem in the coming years.


All services are back to normal since few hours ago.

 

A reboot was performed today for some of our gameservers to refresh settings and delete some old logs.

 

Seems there is an issue with the USA dedicated servers that we host so please be patient until the provider fixes the problem.

Also it seems more of their servers are affected so they should fix this as fast as possible. Probably a really large attack is leaking through their secureport platform or an outage is causing this.
