    Dear Warcraft Players,

    Server has been successfully updated to accept W3 1.28.2 clients, new installer is available here.
    Important: There is no standalone patch released by Blizzard this time so follow the instructions below.

    Download Version Switcher 1.27b to 1.28.2 via torrent from here. (Credits: cen)
    Mirror direct download links: Mirror 1, Mirror 2. (Credits: cen)

    (Bots Owners) Update your config files to the following in order to be able to host on our server:
    bnet_custom_war3version = 28
    bnet_custom_exeversion = 227 2 28 1
    bnet_custom_exeversionhash =
    bnet_custom_passwordhashtype = pvpgn

    (Common Issues and Solutions) Known 1.28.2 problems and their solutions.
    1. Upon starting W3 and being asked to migrate files the "not enough storage is available to process this command" error continously pops up:
    - most likely you have a lot of maps and replays occupying a lot of space 1GB+. Cut and paste them somewhere else, let W3 migrate the emptied folders, then after migration is successful paste them in their appropriate folders in Documents/Warcraft III.

    2. During the W3 migration you're being told that another process is using some of the files that needs to be migrated:
    - migrate Maps, Replays, Campaigns, AI Scripts, Erros, Logs, ScreenShots, Scripts manually, then re-run the migration

    3. Can't get max resolution in video settings
    - untick the "Fixed Ratio" option

    4. Unable to validate game version
    - check if your our windows username contains a non ascii symbol. The solution so far is to rename your windows user if you are brave enough, the safer option is to create a new windows user account.
    Rename at your own risk: https://social.technet.microsoft.com...le-folder.aspx

    5. No "Fixed aspect ratio" check box available in video settings, can't set 16:9 resolution! Set fixed ratio to 0 in regedit manually as shown in this image http://i.imgur.com/0GeSkqe.png
